In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, leaders are continually challenged to navigate uncertainty, adapt to change, and deliver meaningful results. The ability to pivot strategically while maintaining focus on organizational goals has become an essential leadership skill.

Join PMI Memphis as we welcome Dr. Shelley Kemp for an engaging session exploring how leaders can successfully navigate change, embrace new opportunities, and create measurable financial impact through intentional decision-making.

Drawing from concepts in her book, The Pivot Principle, Dr. Kemp will share practical strategies for recognizing when change is needed, overcoming resistance, aligning teams during transitions, and leveraging pivots to drive innovation, growth, and business value. Attendees will gain insights into balancing adaptability with accountability while leading projects, teams, and organizations through periods of transformation.

Whether you are leading a project, managing a team, or navigating your own professional journey, this session will provide actionable tools to help you turn change into opportunity and achieve sustainable success.
