Workshop: Agile Innovation Games – Converting Ideas into Action
In this workshop, participants will practice various innovation games, which can be used to build collaboration amongst the team members. During the workshop, participants will engage in discussions about some best practices or real-life challenges faced by Project Managers and will practice Agile Innovation games and share their experiences witthe group.
This exercise will bring out many best practices as well as challenges faced by participants from various organizations and PMI associates. Agile Innovation games are very effective for learning and applying Agile practices to identify and solve some of the project issues through team collaboration.
It helps in discovering new ideas and also helps in enhancing collaboration within the teams. We would learn and practice some of the Innovation Games with real life examples which would help the participants to can conduct these games with their teams going forward.
Workshop facilitator Profile: Rahul Sudame
Mr. Rahul Sudame is Director of Engineering & Agile Practice Head at Faichi Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Rahul is Senior Management Professional and Agile expert. He is a proven leader and Project/Program manager in the IT industry. He has more than 13 years of experience and is Director of Engineering & Agile Practice Head at Faichi Solutions. He was Vice President (Corporate) and Director (Programs) at PMI Pune-Deccan India Chapter. Rahul is PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Foundation certified.
Rahul has been associated with PMI since 2005 and has been associated with PMI Pune chapter since its inception. As a VP-Corporate Relations of PMI Pune chapter, he interacts with various organizations in promoting value of Project Management and for spreading awareness of Project Management framework and credentials like PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM etc.
He is also certified by PMI as Leadership Institute Masters Class (LIMC). He is also involved in developing Agile awareness as Chapter Engagement Representative for PMI Agile Community of Practice. He is on the editorial committee of “OnTarget” magazine of PMI Pune Chapter. He has participated and contributed in many Project Management/ Agile conferences in India and globally. Rahul has been involved in successfully establishing Project Management/Agile/Scrum practices in multiple organizations from scratch since 2006. It involves assessment of current process maturity, developing and executing plan for process adoption and periodic reviews of successful implementation and deliveries.
He is currently managing multiple global teams and he works on continuous process improvement using latest trends in Project/Program management. He has conducted many corporate/open workshops and seminars for Agile/Scrum processes and certification (PMP/ACP certification preparation course) successfully. He has conducted PMP, PMBOK and Project Management framework awareness sessions for various organizations.
